The spacious living room is a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Abruzzo. It features a large 75-inch Smart TV and plenty of space for spending time together, watching a film or simply enjoying a quiet evening at the villa. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. It includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, tableware, glassware and essential kitchen utensils. A dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together, while a separate entrance offers convenient access to the private courtyard and outdoor gazebo.

The bathroom is clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It includes a shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and washing machine, making it especially convenient for families and guests planning a longer stay. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided upon arrival.
